A prominent financial services firm is looking for a Workstream Lead to join their Program team, responsible for overseeing the integration of Legal Risk and Regulatory functions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in post-acquisition integration, excellent planning and delivery skills, and strong communication abilities. As part of a conditional binding agreement to acquire another Australian payment services provider subject to regulatory approvals we are looking for a Workstream Lead to join our Program team.
The Workstream Lead Legal Risk & Regulatory is accountable for leading the integration workstream focused on Legal Risk and Regulatory functions for the Program. The role will drive alignment across both organisations to ensure a seamless transition and unified operating model in these domains.
You’ve got an inquisitive nature with the ability to see the bigger picture; you’ve got excellent communication skills and a real knack for influencing and negotiating. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are passionate about Agile ways of working.
