Job summary

Agrifutures in Victoria is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to manage end-to-end accounts payable, perform reconciliations, and respond to supplier queries, ensuring accurate three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices and deliveries.

You will set up new supplier accounts, support the finance team with ad hoc tasks, and coordinate regular payment runs. Immediate availability and strong communication are essential.

• Experience as an Accounts Payable Officer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to supplier queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct three-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
• Set up and maintain new supplier accounts in the system.
• Support the team with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and process regular payment runs.
