Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.

• Manage the timely processing of supplier invoices and payments.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end processes and ensure compliance with policies.

Base pay range

A$60,000.00/yr - A$70,000.00/yr

We are seeking a detail‑driven and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team and help ensure the smooth and accurate flow of financial operations across the business.

The Job

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in managing the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of supplier invoices, payments and staff expenses, in accordance with company policies, accounting standards and legislative requirements.

Working closely with suppliers, internal managers and the broader Finance team, you’ll help maintain strong vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies and support month‑end processes.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
• Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems (OCR software knowledge highly regarded)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite
• A Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Business (desirable)
