Job summary

Metroll Dubbo is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function in a hands-on role within an established Australian business.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage invoice coding, PO matching, supplier payments and records, while supporting month-end activities and liaising with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A good understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with suppliers.
• Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
• Experience in a manufacturing, construction, trade or distribution environment.
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
• Exposure to month-end processes and reconciliations.
• Broader finance administration experience.

Metroll Dubbo is looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Dubbo.

About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll manage the end-to-end accounts payable process and help ensure invoices and supplier payments are processed accurately and on time.
