ACCIONA is launching a Graduate Program that combines real project experience, structured learning, and global collaboration. The program starts with a national induction and boot camp, followed by 3 rotations to explore interests, build capability and define a career path.

Each year ACCIONA Australia & New Zealand welcomes a steady stream of graduates, offering opportunities to work on construction projects locally, regionally and interstate, with exposure to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in a related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Undergraduate studies completed within the last 3 years (2024-2026).
• Willingness to work on construction projects locally, regionally and interstate.

Responsibilities

• Rotations to explore interests and build capability across projects.
• Participate in induction, boot camp and global collaboration initiatives.

• - Program Kick-Off: National Induction & Boot Camp
• - Global Graduate Program: Collaborate with 200+ graduates from 10+ countries, and training delivered with the Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid, Spain
• - 3 Rotations: Explore interests, build capability and define your career pathway
• - On average, we welcome 100 new graduates into the ACCIONA Australia & New Zealand Graduate Program each year!

Required Skills and Competencies

Eligibility for the ACCIONA Graduate Program:

• - Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in related field
• - Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand
• - Full completion of undergraduate level study within the last 3 years (2024 - 2026)
• - Mobility, flexibility and the desire to work on construction projects locally, regionally and interstate.

ACCIONA recruitment process:

• - September: Submit your application. Applications close Wednesday 20th September 2026.
• - October to November: Shortlisted candidates complete a 10 minute One Way Video providing insight into your unique personality!
• - October to November: If successful you will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with a HR representative and a senior leader
• - November to December: Formal offer to join ACCIONA’s graduate program
• - Wednesday 27th January 2027: Program commencement. Early entry opportunities may also be available.
