Ideal for school leavers who recently finished high school, with interest in accounting and business, and a strong desire to start a professional career in a leading advisory firm.

Qualifications

18 years or older at program start
Completed high school within past 3 years
Year 12 Mathematics subject completed
Strong interest in accounting, business or commerce
Curious, reliable and eager to learn in a professional environment
Enjoy working with others and being part of a team
Strong communication and time management skills
Australian Citizen, PR or right to work in Australia

Responsibilities

Learn from experienced professionals and gain on‑the‑job accounting experience
Contribute to real client work and build a foundation in accounting and business
Undertake online CA ANZ study with paid study leave and pathway to CA qualification
