Job summary

A&Co Recruitment Partners Pty Ltd, based in Adelaide Hills, is seeking an experienced Accountant for a flexible part-time role (30 hours per week). You will own the finance function, deliver robust reporting, and provide commercial support to the business.

The ideal candidate has prior accounting experience, strong reporting skills, payroll/BAS exposure, and attention to detail. Xero experience is highly regarded; expect collaboration with senior leadership in a growing, hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Accountant, Company Accountant, or similar role.
• Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge.
• Experience with payroll, BAS, and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and partner with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience with Xero will be highly regarded.

Our client is a well established South Australian commercial fit-out and construction business with a strong reputation for delivering high quality projects across a diverse client base. An opportunity now exists for an experienced Accountant to join the team in a flexible part-time capacity (30 hours per week). Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the finance function while providing valuable financial reporting and commercial support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
