Accountant - Multi-Family Office - Full-time & Work from home

We are a Multi-Family Office looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant wanting flexible work arrangements, this role has the ability to pick the hours that suit you and the flexibility of working from home.

Role

Assist in the provision of a broad range of wealth management and compliance services for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities
  • Day to Day management working with bookkeepers and director to ensure accounting is up to date
  • Year End + Quarter End reconciliations with workpapers including supporting documentation
  • Reconciliation of Investments
  • Investment Applications preparation and management
  • Payment management
  • Assistance with Annual Audits
  • Preparation of BAS, ITR and Financial Statements
  • Manage taxation, accounting and investment matters relating to each client
  • Payroll Knowledge
Technical Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualified (mandatory)
  • Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
  • 7 years+ experience in Chartered Accounting
  • Experience in working across a variety of entities - companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and superannuation funds
  • Experience working with high-net-worthclients
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to act autonomously but also work closely with director and bookkeepers
  • The ability to work within a small team environment where you’ll be self-directed
