Job summary

Credit Corp in Traralgon is seeking an Account Representative to work with clients on overdue accounts, discussing circumstances and negotiating practical repayment solutions. You will build rapport and help customers get back on track while delivering results for our clients.

About Your New Role

As an Account Representative, you'll work directly with customers on behalf of our clients to manage overdue accounts and negotiate practical repayment solutions. You'll build rapport, understand individual circumstances and work with customers to find sustainable outcomes that help them get back on track while delivering results for our clients.

Who You Are

You don’t need collections experience many of our leaders started in this role. What matters is your drive and your ability to connect with people

• Prior experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-focused environment where communication and resilience are essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand individual circumstances and identify positive outcomes
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes
• A proactive approach to learning, teamwork and delivering great customer experiences
• Essential: Full‑time availability, Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM, Wednesday 8:30AM – 5:00PM.
