About the Role

The successful applicant will be focusing on new and established business relationships for our Plastics Sales division.

You will be able to articulate the value and quality of our products, securing sales, and attempting to expand business within an existing customer base.

Skills and experience required
  • Proven track record of successful new business development in the plastics and packaging industry
  • Ability to manage and maintain close relationships with senior management and other business units within the organisation, suppliers, manufacturers, logistic services and present/future customers.
  • Minimum of 5 years B2B experience preferably within the plastics industry
  • Immaculate communication verbal and written, interpersonal/relationship development skills and computer literate
  • Experience managing supplier relations is desirable
  • Salary package inclusive 17.5% leave loading
  • FMCV or Vehicle Allowance
  • Quarterly Bonus
  • Annual Salary review
  • 1 day WFH (after probation)
  • Lunch provided daily onsite
