Pax8 in Australia and New Zealand is seeking Greenfield/Hunter Account Managers to drive new logo acquisition across ANZ. This role focuses on creating opportunities where none existed, identifying MSPs, engaging leaders, and turning them into Pax8 partners leveraging cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and managed services.

You will build territory plans, own the acquisition lifecycle from outreach to activation, and partner with vendors, solutions engineers, and business owners.

This is not a traditional account management role. Our Greenfield/Hunter Account Managers are responsible for creating opportunities where none previously existed. You'll identify, engage, and convert ambitious managed service providers into successful Pax8 partners, helping them unlock new growth opportunities through cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and managed services solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and engage prospective managed service providers across Australia or New Zealand.
• Build high-quality pipelines through proactive prospecting, social selling, networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach.
• Develop territory strategies that create sustainable new business opportunities.
• Consistently uncover and convert new logo opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers.

Lead Commercial and Consultative Sales Conversations

• Understand partner growth ambitions and commercial objectives.
• Demonstrate the value of the Pax8 marketplace in a way that aligns with each partner's business goals.
• Manage objection handling, commercial discussions, and negotiations with confidence.
• Position Pax8 as a strategic growth enabler rather than simply a technology distributor.

Drive New Partner Success

• Guide newly acquired partners through the onboarding journey.
• Help partners achieve marketplace adoption and early commercial success.
• Remove barriers and accelerate time-to-value.
• Create a positive first experience that sets the foundation for long-term partnership growth.

Expand Market Opportunity

• Collaborate with vendor teams, solutions engineers, and subject matter experts to support acquisition efforts.
• Recognise growth signals and future expansion opportunities.

Own the Full Acquisition Lifecycle

• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through to successful activation.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
