  • Claims advocacy and oversight of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Provide leadership and development for less experienced brokers working with you and assist other team members where required.
  • Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers, underwriters and other professional services organisations.
  • Travel to meet clients, predominantly across South Australia.

Local Government Risk Services (LGRS), a division of JLT Risk Solutions Pty Ltd, is a key service provider to Local Government in South Australia. It provides Risk Solutions to Members of the Local Government Association Workers Compensation Scheme (LGAWCS), LGA Mutual Liability Scheme (LGAMLS), LGA Asset Mutual Fund (LGAAMF) and LG Income Protection Funds (LGIPF)

This role will focus on developing relationships, enhancing experiences for a portfolio of Public Sector clients in order to develop new business, retain and grow the current business. The role will require you to work with various stakeholders in order to gain an understanding of the clients risk profile as to best advise them on risk management and risk transfer solutions. It includes meeting the compliance requirements, providing claims and technical support to both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining members' data and collaborating with various divisions of JLT Public Sector.

We will count on you to:
