Duties and responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of SME and mid‑market clients from end to end
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and insurers
  • Provide expert advice and develop tailored insurance solutions
  • Drive portfolio growth through proactive retention and new business initiativesCoordinate quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims, and policy processing
  • Stay across market trends by attending industry events and networking opportunities
  • Approach each day with curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn
We are looking for someone with:
  • Tier 1 Broking Qualification (essential)
  • Experience managing your own portfolio of SME & retail clients
  • Strong understanding of the general insurance product suite
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and genuine enthusiasm for client service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team‑oriented approach and desire to contribute to a positive, dynamic workplace
