Facilitate regional workshops and brainstorming sessions to help schools integrate EP's solutions effectively.

Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the customer success team, supporting high levels of engagement and adoption.

Market and Product Insights

Gather and share insights about the local market, customer needs and competitor activity with the broader team.

Provide feedback to the Lead AE and Product & Content Teams to inform the continuous improvement of EP's offerings.

Strong interpersonal skills to develop trust and rapport with school leaders and educators.

Confidence in delivering compelling product demonstrations and workshops.

Understanding of the education sector, including trends and challenges faced by schools.

Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared objectives.

Skilled in managing CRM tools and using data to drive decisions and forecasting accuracy.
