High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Business or farming experience (advantageous but not essential).
Client Service:Collaborate across underwriting and claims to deliver seamless service, addressing enquiries and escalating complaints when required.
Account Management:Handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintain accurate client records from onboarding through to policy renewal.
Claims Handling:Lodge and process claims within authority limits, refer complex matters, liaise with suppliers, and follow up disputes or outstanding claims.
Administration & Compliance:Manage office processes (mail, banking, receipting, filing, credit control), ensure compliance with insurance guidelines, and maintain Salesforce records.
Business Development:Support marketing and sales initiatives, assist with proposals and tailored insurance quotes.
Continuous Improvement:Stay informed on industry trends, contribute to quality assurance, and uphold company values, policies, and OH&S standards.
Assistant Account Executive:No prior insurance experience needed — full training provided.
Senior Account Executive:Industry experience preferred.
Customer service or call centre background highly valued.
Bonus skills in administration, claims management, or marketing are a plus.
