A leading Australian real estate technology firm seeks an Entry Level Account Coordinator to provide support to sales and account partner teams in Canberra. The role includes assisting with digital marketing campaigns, client correspondence, and administrative tasks. No prior industry experience is required, making it a great opportunity for a digital or sales-savvy individual looking to grow in a fun hybrid workplace environment. Sitting within our Allhomes business and under the wing of an experienced Sales Leader, you will be a pillar of valuable support to the Sales and Account Partner teams - providing customer service to their portfolio of residential real estate clients across the ACT region, setting up their digital & print marketing campaigns, and general admin tasks that ensure no two days are ever the same.
You will be the backbone that enables the Sales team to go out and do what they do best ... drive more revenue growth, product adoption and brand loyalty to Allhomes with our clients.
With no industry experience needed, this entry level role is a unique opportunity for a digital / sales savvy individual to plug into a fun hybrid-working work culture, learn the prop-tech industry, and work towards a variety of career growth opportunities – following in the footsteps of other Coordinators that have promoted into Sales, Account Partner and Marketing roles.
Regular social events including our famous Innovation Days
Assist Account Partners and Sales team with a wide range of tasks – e.g. handling client correspondence, data cleansing, creating reports and producing sales data.
Assist with account-based queries from clients, and help with campaign setup for their digital marketing listings.
Facilitate general admin tasks to ensure client and team requests are quickly and effectively completed.
Respond to ad-hoc tasks and queries including billing and invoicing, working cross-functionally with Credit and Customer Experience teams.
Provide feedback, escalation and help shape processes to drive improvements and efficiencies.
Expand product knowledge across Domain solutions, quickly becoming an industry expert within Residential Real Estate.
Previous experience in a Coordinator role or similar team support / admin function.
You are either digital-savvy or sales-savvy (or both!).
Excellent sense of speed, time management and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn the ropes of the industry.
Great with people.
Full working rights for a full-time permanent position.
Industry experience in Saas, Print / Digital Media or Real Estate
Confidence to take the lead in running team meetings and presenting.
