Southern Hills Christian College is a K-12 Christian school in Bedfordale, Western Australia, and is part of the Swan Christian Education Association. Our staff are all committed Christians, and this belief is embedded both explicitly and implicitly in our curriculum and all that we do.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic & Curriculum Administrator to join our team in a part-time, ongoing position commencing on the 22nd January 2026. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting our mission—to provide a Christ‑centred learning environment that equips students for life and faith. The systems you maintain and the support you provide will make a real difference.

Your calmness under pressure, attention to detail, and big‑picture insight will help us deliver excellence in Christian education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and systems support to academic and curriculum leaders.
  • Manage student and subject data across TASS and related systems.
  • Coordinate academic reporting, timetables, compliance tasks, and key academic events.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and education authorities to support smooth communication.
  • Support Primary and Secondary Heads while contributing to a collaborative, Christ‑centred office environment.
Selection Criteria
Essential
  • Personal commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and be an active member of a Christian Church.
  • Accept the Association’s Statement of Faith, Foundational Statements of Belief and Educational Objectives and live a lifestyle consistent with the statements.
  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in a school environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to upholding the Christian ethos and mission of the College.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Desirable
  • Experience with TASS or other school management software.
  • Familiarity with SCSA reporting, VET administration, or academic compliance processes.
  • Understanding of, or experience in, Christian education settings.
