At Hit The Switch, we believe electrical work should be done better. Our mission is to deliver white-collar-levelservice in a blue-collar profession. We’re a small team of six servicing Melbourne’s eastern and south-eastern suburbs and the CBD, and we look out for each other. The work is varied service and maintenance across homes and businesses, including fault-finding, upgrades, installations, and repairs. No new housing estates and no large construction sites. Just a good variety of electrical work done well.
We’re not looking for average electricians. We’re looking for the best electricians. People who take pride in their work, think through problems properly and stand behind the quality of the job. If you believe you’re one of the best in the field, we’d like you to apply and show us what you can do.

You’ll work mostly in your own fully equipped van, with the team coming together for larger jobs. We run quarterly team lunches and workshops to stay connected and keep improving. Every van on the road also sponsors a child in Uganda, which is one small way our work contributes to something bigger.
