Job summary

Dynamic Trade Solutions in Melbourne West is seeking a qualified A Grade Electrician for a permanent, full-time role. The position offers $55/hr plus a fully maintained company vehicle, uniform and PPE, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

You will lead residential installations from rough-in through fit-off across Melbourne's northern suburbs, adhering to safety standards while delivering quality workmanship and customer service. Supervising apprentices is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current A Grade Electrical Licence and White Card.
• Must have a valid Driver's Licence and be able to travel to sites.
• Experience in residential construction is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Power & Lighting, Switchboards, CCTV, Intercoms, Access Control and data networks.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential electrical installations from rough-ins to fit-off.
• Apply WHS regulations, codes and safety practices.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting on single and three-phase systems.
• Install and terminate wiring, switchgear and electrical appliances.
• Install and maintain telecommunications and data cabling.
• Communicate effectively with builders, clients and team members.
• Supervise and support apprentices.
• Deliver quality workmanship and customer service.

About The Role

This permanent full-time position involves residential electrical installations from rough-ins through to fit-off, warranty and defect works across Melbourne's northern suburbs.
