Job summary

Qualifications

• Fully qualified light vehicle mechanic
• Minimum of 4 years trade experience
• Australian resident
• 4 day work week

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical faults and repair engine management faults with scan tools
• Diagnose diesel engine faults and perform repairs
• Complete engine and differential rebuilds and gearbox overhauls
• Perform safety certificates inspections on light vehicles and trailers
• Carry out preventative maintenance in the workshop
• Ensure parts and labor are entered on job cards
• Direct and train lower-level employees
• Maintain high accuracy in administrative duties
• Take reasonable care for yourself and others
