Job summary

Squad, in conjunction with our Host Employer, is seeking a passionate Carpentry Apprentice to gain hands-on experience across demolition, framing, fixing, and restoration works.

You will complete a Certificate III in Carpentry as part of your role, with PPE supplied at start, tuition fees covered, and ongoing mentoring and wellbeing support to help you succeed.

This is a great pathway into a rewarding trades career with real client projects and team support.

• Currently completing a Certificate III in Carpentry (4th year).
• Genuine passion for the building industry.
• Reliable, hardworking and motivated.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with carpentry and building repairs.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work across demolition, framing, fixing, fit-off and restoration works.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, trades and clients.
