Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and be proficient with Pronto, Xero, XPM, and Excel. CA/CPA qualification is advantageous; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Financial Accountant in a similar setting.
• Pronto ERP knowledge is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• CA/CPA qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
• Follow up and process supplier claims.
• Manage new vendor account approvals and maintenance.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and investigate stock variances.
• Investigate purchasing price variances and discrepancies.
• Investigate sales refunds and process payments.
• Complete cash sales reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.
• Assist with integration and reconciliation of financial data across systems.
