TeamKids, a leading OSHC provider, seeks a Second in Charge (2IC) to lead and enrich programs for primary-aged children. The role involves working across before and after school care with a focus on safety, inclusivity, and creating memorable experiences for families.

Based in Mount Duneed, the role offers hands-on leadership, opportunities to engage with school communities, and continual training aligned with ACECQA standards. Excellent communication and a positive, energetic attitude are key.

Formación

• Diploma qualification in line with ACECQA standards.
• Experience in Before/After School Care or education is preferred but not essential.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with the school community and attend events.
• Create and implement enriching experiences based on children’s preferences.
• Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
• Play and have fun with primary school children.
• Ensure program compliance with industry regulations.
