BFS Children's Services is hiring a Second In Charge at BFS Thirroul OOSH to support the Director and run the service. The role is permanent part-time, with 6.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, located in Thirroul.

You will help deliver meaningful experiences for children and ensure compliance with policies and safeguarding standards. Join a not-for-profit with strong learning and wellbeing programs, extensive staff development, and opportunities for career progression across centres and head

Qualifications

• Diploma of Children’s Services or related qualification (desirable).
• Experience as a support worker, SLSO, OOSH Educator/2IC, or roles with school-aged children.
• Commitment to safe and healthy care for children.

Responsabilités

• Contributing to planning educational programs that supports a child’s learning to meet their goals.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
