Job summary

Story House Early Learning is opening a new 92-place service in Ferntree Gully this October. As the 2IC you’ll work with the Service Manager in a float leadership capacity, guiding the team, strengthening practice and setting the tone from day one.

We’re building from the ground up with strong leadership support, wellbeing initiatives and clear career pathways to ensure our people are valued, celebrated and empowered daily.
