Job summary

The Department of Justice in Western Australia is seeking three permanent, full-time positions for the Sheriff’s Operations Centre. The SOC provides 24/7 operational support across the Sheriff’s Office and coordinates resources for regional court circuits, including in-person and audio-visual proceedings.

Successful applicants will join a critical frontline team delivering security, advisory services, and operational coordination to ensure safe and efficient court operations throughout the state.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse operational information and identify risks affecting service delivery.
• Experience coordinating activities in a fast-paced, public sector environment.
• Strong communication skills for reports and stakeholder briefings.

Responsibilities

• Enforce civil court orders and penalties.
• Deliver court security and custodial services.
• Coordinate resources for regional court circuits, including proceedings.
