You’ll work on meaningful projects across resources, technology, decarbonisation and safe, sustainable operations, gaining hands-on experience.
Join a workplace where your ideas matter, your development is prioritised and you can see the impact of your work. Many graduates say the friendships, networks and support they build during the program are among the most rewarding parts, and many of BHP’s leaders began their own careers right here.
