Mulgrave Private Hospital in Melbourne's southeast invites newly graduated registered nurses (RN) or enrolled nurses (EN) to join the 2027 Graduate Nurse Program starting March 2027. This structured program focuses on developing clinical skills, confidence and experience in a supportive learning environment.

The hospital features ICU, CCU, operating theatres and wards, with a 12-month contract, two six-month rotations, dedicated orientation and education, and opportunities for specialty pathways

Qualifications

Mulgrave Private Hospital is a rapidly expanding acute medical and surgical hospital conveniently located in the South-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, easily accessible via the Monash Freeway and East Link. Our facilities include:

• 10 bed Intensive Care Unit
• 17 bed Coronary Care Unit
• 9 Operating Theatres
• 1 Cardiac Catheter Laboratory
• 1 Hybrid Theatre
• Medical and Surgical wards
