The Fujitsu Cloud & Hybrid IT team helps organisations modernise, manage and optimise their technology environments, enabling secure, reliable and efficient services across cloud, infrastructure and operational platforms. The team drives automation, service integration and continual improvement initiatives that support both customer outcomes and business transformation.

For a graduate, this means gaining hands‑on experience in service management and operational improvement while working alongside experienced technical specialists. You'll contribute to solution development, process optimisation and service delivery initiatives, building a strong foundation in cloud technologies, IT operations and digital transformation.

Location

Fujitsu has offices across Australia in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth, as well as New Zealand in Wellington, Auckland. To be eligible for our Graduate Program, you must be based in one of these locations when starting the program.

At the start of the Graduate Program, you will be assigned a buddy from our Graduate Alumni Community to provide additional support and act as a sounding board for any questions. There are also a number of social clubs, initiatives and activities formed by employees that can assist you in strengthening and expanding your professional network. Additionally, you will be invited to join our Early Careers Mentoring Program, where a dedicated mentor will support your career development and provide valuable networking opportunities within the business.

Recruitment Process

• Step One: Online Application

This is an opportunity to stand out and detail who you are, your studies, skills, and experiences. To avoid delays, don’t leave your application until the last minute!

You will be required to complete a timed online aptitude test which is used to measure mental reasoning ability.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend a panel interview where you will meet with a diverse group from Fujitsu. A great opportunity to ask any questions and find out about their experiences.

• Step Four: Final Interview

You will meet with hiring managers for your graduate role. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know you better, we encourage you to share your education, relevant experience and interest in role and Fujitsu.
