Our Deals & Performance team provides financial, strategic transaction, and operational advice to corporate, private equity and banking clients undergoing acquisitions, divestments, capital raising processes or strategic business improvement programs. We assist our clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle, from conducting due diligence and valuation to managing post-deal integration. Our work focuses on optimising deal value, mitigating risks, and enhancing business performance to drive sustainable outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities of a Graduate in our Deals & Performance team include:

• The design and development of operational and financial models to support transaction processes;
• Conducting research, financial and operational analysis and due diligence to support client engagements;
• Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables with a focus on accuracy and clarity; and
• Assisting in the evaluation of business performance, strategy, and commercial drivers to provide actionable insights.

Who you are

• an Australian / New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application;
• in your final year of (or recently graduated with) a business, commerce or related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in accounting, economics or finance;
• willing to complete the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program; and
• available to commence full-time work in February 2027.
