A leading accountancy firm in Australia is seeking recent graduates in accounting to support growth and development. This role involves close teamwork with experienced professionals, mentorship, and opportunities for training through the Chartered Accountant Program. Candidates should have a strong interest in business advisory, tax, or audit work, along with a can-do attitude and a desire to complete their CA or CPA qualifications. You will work closely within a team of accountants and gain further exposure interacting with staff across all divisions in a professional and social context. During your first year, you will be allocated a Mentoring Principal, Manager and Buddy ensuring you feel fully supported and embedded in our firm culture.
You will be working with Principals and Team members who are experts in their fields. Being part of one of our highly skilled teams means you will be continuously challenged.
You will also have the chance to broaden your skills with training, development, the national graduate conference and the Chartered Accountant Program.
