About the role

You will work closely within a team of accountants and gain further exposure interacting with staff across all divisions in a professional and social context. During your first year, you will be allocated a Mentoring Principal, Manager and Buddy ensuring you feel fully supported and embedded in our firm culture.

You will be working with Principals and Team members who are experts in their fields. Being part of one of our highly skilled teams means you will be continuously challenged.

You will also have the chance to broaden your skills with training, development, the national graduate conference and the Chartered Accountant Program.

Who we’re after

We are looking for accounting graduates with a keen interest in business who want to grow with the firm to become a trusted advisor to our clients. You :

  • Are a soon-to-be or recent graduate (graduation date between 2024 and 2025) with an accounting major
  • Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; Australian Permanent Resident; or are an international student and will independently apply for a relevant Visa(s) with full working rights
  • Will bring a can-do attitude, a willingness to put your hand up, have a go, and step outside your comfort zone
  • With a track record of working in teams and an interest in self-development, you’re looking to improve yourself and are keen to work with a wide range of clients
  • Interest in Private Business & Family Advisory, Tax or Audit
  • Have a desire to complete your CA or CPA qualification
