As Head of Learning & Capability, you will be the architect of Hume Bank’s capability framework - designing, delivering and embedding programs that build leadership depth, strengthen workforce capability and support long‑term growth. This is a new, high‑impact role reporting to the Chief People Officer. You will lead the design and implementation of the Bank’s enterprise learning, leadership and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment between capability development, succession planning, organisational culture goals and regulatory training obligations.
You will partner closely with leaders and subject‑matter experts to create an integrated learning ecosystem - one that empowers employees, drives performance and supports the Bank’s strategic priorities.
