Anton Paar ShapeTec in Austria is seeking an Industrial Painter to coat sophisticated components for customers across technology sectors. You will operate a state-of-the-art coating system and handle small to medium batch sizes with a focus on quality.

In this role you will independently coat parts, inspect coating quality, and perform pre- and post-treatments. You will also work with technical documentation and participate in continuous process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in industrial painting or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with coatings/paints on different materials.
• Ability to read drawings, work plans, BOMs and standards.
• Independent and self-reliant working style.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Sociable and team-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.

Aufgaben

• Independent coating/painting of technical precision components according to defined standards.
• Inspection of coating quality and contribution to process improvements.
• Pre- and post-treatment of parts to be coated.
