Qualifikationen

At the beginning of your professional career, gain in-depth insights into different fields of work and find the one that suits you best.

You've got your degree in the bag and are looking for a job that suits you perfectly? With the RTTP, Rosenbauer offers you the opportunity to experience various technologically-oriented departments across the entire value chain over a period of 18 months. At the group HQ in Leonding, you will undertake training modules selected according to your requirements, and also have the opportunity to gain on-site experience at another of our locations in the DACH region. At the end of the 18 months, you will have gained a broad knowledge base from various technical areas and company-wide networking to really get started in the Rosenbauer Group.

What you need to bring

• Technical education: Technical degree or basic technical training and advanced (technical) business studies (in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering/electronics, software development, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar)

• Motivation, commitment, and flexibility
• Knowledge of English, ideally other foreign languages
• Interest and openness to work in an international corporation
