With multiple offices across SEQ and continued growth through acquisition, the business is investing heavily in uplifting its internal IT function.

We are seeking a Technology Services Manager to lead daily operations, drive environment maturity, and guide internal users through a period of modernisation. This role blends hands‑on technical capability with leadership, communication and strategy.

What you’ll be doing

Lead IT operations across a hybrid cloud environment (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).

Act as senior technical escalation for complex issues.

Manage Intune, Autopilot, device lifecycle, identityp>

Uplift documentation, communication and change management across IT.

Run patching, security controls and endpoint protection (CrowdStrike, BitLocker).

Manage vendors, MSPs and key external partners.

Support acquisitions through discovery, integration and environment alignment.

Drive continuous improvement, automation, monitoring and service uplift.

What we’re looking for

5+ years in IT operations with 2–3 years in leadership.

Strong Microsoft 365, Azure AD, identity and endpoint experience.

Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).

Experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructure and security tooling.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem solving.

Experience in multi-site or professional services environments is highly regarded.
