MED-EL Elektromedizinische Geräte GmbH in Innsbruck invites you to join a multidisciplinary team to design and build AI-powered automation for software quality assurance, reducing manual testing efforts and accelerating release cycles.

You will collaborate across Dart/Flutter apps, C#/.NET services, APIs and cloud infrastructure, implementing automated testing for REST/gRPC and integrating with CI/CD pipelines, while turning prototypes into reliable production-ready solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in building engineering tools and automation using C#/.NET, Python, or Dart/Flutter.
• Experience with automated testing for REST/gRPC APIs, mobile apps, backend systems, or end-to-end workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD, API contracts, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices.
• Interest or experience with LLMs, AI agents, tool use and agentic workflows.

Your Tasks

• Design and build AI-powered automation for software quality assurance, reducing manual testing effort over time

Your Profile

• Bachelor`s degree or higher (University, FH) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Programming skills for building engineering tools and automation; experience with C#/.NET, Python or Dart/Flutter is valuable
• Experience with automated testing for REST/gRPC APIs, mobile apps, backend systems and/or end-to-end workflows
• Understanding of CI/CD, API contracts, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices
• Interest or experience with LLMs, AI agents, tool use and agentic workflows, turning prototypes into reliable solutions

Permanent full-time post 38,5 hours per week, flexible working time model with core working hours, details will be discussed in a personal interview.
