A leading retail company in Austria is looking for an experienced Team Manager to oversee operations in their distribution centre. You will coach a team of 25-30, ensuring safety compliance while meeting operational targets. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’re accountable for coaching and supporting a team of 25-30 team members to deliver the operational output required, always keeping safety and compliance front of mind.
