About the Position

As a Team Leader in Field Services, you'll lead and inspire a team to deliver high‑quality outcomes for our parks and reserves. Your focus will be on people leadership, planning, and creating a positive team culture, while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arboriculture knowledge is highly regarded but not essential – if you're willing to learn, we'll support you.
  • Current Class MR Driver’s Licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Temporary Traffic Management Ticket Supervisory (TTM) (or willingness to obtain).
  • Willingness to undertake a Police Check and pre‑employment medical assessment.

Salary range is between $90,733 (Level 2) and $98,968 (Level 3) plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications. Opportunity to develop to a Level 4!
