Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at TeamViewer , you will be a key driver in shaping our diverse and dynamic workforce across all departments - from Business (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations) to Technology (R&D, Product, IT). You’ll collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify, attract, and hire top talent while also playing a central role in strengthening our employer brand across the EMEA region.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment , is passionate about people and storytelling , and enjoys being the face of the company at career fairs, networking events, and conferences .

  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of functions and levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, events, and direct outreach.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
  • Act as a brand ambassador - develop and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Communications and Social Media.
  • Represent TeamViewer at career fairs, university events, and industry meetups across the EMEA region.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Stay current with market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Support onboarding processes by coordinating with HR and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple functions
  • Proven experience in employer branding and event representation .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany for recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.
