The role offers 20-25 hours per week, flexible on-site and home-office days, onboarding buddy, and exposure to an international banking environment. English proficiency required and PowerPoint skills beneficial.

Starting date as soon as possible; compensation includes a monthly student salary of gross EUR 2,619.73.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably with a business, economics, communication, or technology focus.
• Strong interest in AI, data, and digital innovation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Interest in business communication, content creation, and presentation design
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
• Strong sense for design, structure, and visual storytelling
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented working style
• Ability to simplify complex topics and present them in a clear and engaging way

Aufgaben

• Support the preparation, formatting, and refinement of business and project documentation
• Assist in creating professional presentations and communication materials for internal stakeholders
• Help coordinate and distribute communication within the AI & Data community
• Support project teams with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
• Contribute to ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity across documents and presentations
