Qualifikationen

• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling and accounting, ideally within an industrial or technology-driven environment.
• Ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and generate alternatives.
• Experience working across multiple levels and functions communicating complex financial information.

• Ensure accuracy of Engineering/Digital financial closing, validating accruals and cost allocations.
• Drive financial planning cycles and provide independent financial guidance.
• Support BI redesign for Engineering/Digital KPIs to enable transparency and efficient reporting.
