The Role:

As our Store Manager, you’ll bring together a love of hospitality with a passion for retail, creating a space where customers can relax, browse, and shop for everything they need before they fly.

As our Full‑Time Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, creating a welcoming space where great service and style set the tone. With a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences, you’ll guide and develop your team to achieve their best, while keeping store operations running smoothly and to the highest standard. This is a hands‑on role where your leadership, eye for detail, and ability to build strong connections will shape both the customer journey and the team culture every day.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:
  • 💼 Experience in a similar leadership role in a high‑energy retail environment
  • ✅ Experience in a retail and or hospitality leadership environment – a great bonus
  • 🗣️ Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • 🎯 Confidence to take initiative and own your role
  • 🖐️ A “hands‑on” leader who thrives in a team setting
  • ⏰ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays) –
  • 🪪 Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
