• Experience designing and shipping distributed data systems.
• Ability to turn product requirements into technical specifications.

• Turn product requirements into technical requirements, modeling domain interfaces and workflows.
• Break large problems into manageable work and sequence deliveries.
• Drive high-impact architectural decisions across the data platform and own components end-to-end.
• Work across stack (Go, Kotlin, Rust, Python) choosing the right tool.
• Design for correctness and performance under high volume and scale.
• Improve design reviews, testing, and how work is scoped and split.
• Mentor engineers in a fully distributed team.
