Sie bringen eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, sichere MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) und fließendes Englisch mit.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (LAP/HAK/HTL-Matura).
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Projektmanagement, Prozessabläufe und systemgestützte Arbeitsweisen.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse und Kommunikationsstärke im internationalen Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Tracking und Monitoring des Projektfortschritts, Erstellung von Reports zum aktuellen Status.
• Erfassung, Konsolidierung und Strukturierung von projektspezifischen Anforderungen; Change Requests steuern.
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessabläufen mit Fokus auf Lieferantenmanagementsysteme.
• Aktualisierung und Pflege von Projektdaten in der projektspezifischen Software; Abstimmung mit der Einkaufsleitung.
• Schulung der Einkaufsmitarbeitenden hinsichtlich systemgestützter Nutzung.

Job Responsibilities:

Für unsere lokalen und internationalen Einkaufsprojekte suchen wir eine strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Systemaffinität. In dieser Rolle koordinierst du die projektspezifische Systemnutzung, stellst transparente Reports sicher und unterstützt die Projektleitung bei der effizienten Umsetzung ihrer Projekte und Applikationsthemen.

Wonach wir suchen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (LAP, HAK- oder HTL-Matura) Sehr gutes Verständnis für Projektmanagement, Prozessabläufe und systemgestützte Arbeitsweisen Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit MS Excel Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld Durchsetzungsstärke, analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Dein Profil zählt! Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.397,-- und € 3.803,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).
