We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET frameworks, SQL Server. Your main responsibilities will include developing and enhancing our RiskPartner applications, troubleshooting performance issues, and providing technical support to our clients. The role will be located in Australia and Australian Citizenship is a requirement of this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, Azure, and SQL Server technologies.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, design, and bring creative software solutions to life.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Handle data migrations, integrations, and system configurations.

Engage with clients on both a professional and technical level, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our applications competitive and cutting edge.

Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices, and providing technical guidance when needed.

Updates job knowledge by participating in professional development opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.

Must be eligible for AGSVa Baseline security clearance/check.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.

Five+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET frameworks.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Strong proficiency with SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and optimization.

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based application development is a plus.

Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of interacting with clients in a professional and technical capacity.

Self‑driven, with a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Hybrid, based in Brisbane
Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
