PRODYNA AG is seeking a Software Architect to guide customers on architectural decisions and lead software projects. You will work across a diverse stack, including Java, C#, .Net, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes and Kafka, while mentoring teammates and shaping company culture.

Fluency in German and English is expected, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, cloud-enabling enterprise solutions, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style.

• Advise customers on technical architecture of new or existing applications, including performance and security aspects.
• Act as technical lead and direct for software development projects of all sizes, guiding specialized areas (e.g. GraphDatabases).
• Develop integrated customer-specific solutions using a diverse tech stack (Java, C#, .Net, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka).
• Support projects from pre-sales concepts to implementation and ongoing customer consultation.
• Own a leadership area, mentor colleagues, and shape PRODYNA’s culture.

Your tasks

• You will advise customers on the technical architecture of new or existing business applications, also with regard to performance optimizations and security issues.
• You will be the technical lead and responsible for software development projects of all sizes and are the direct contact for selected technological specialties (e.g. GraphDatabases).
• Using a diverse technology stack (e.g. Java, C#, .Net, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka), you will develop integrated customer-specific solutions.
• You will accompany projects and customers from the pre-sales phase by presenting concepts and solutions up to the phase of implementation and continue toindependently consult the customer.
• You will haveyour own area of responsibility, a team of colleagues that you will also be able to mentorand play a significant role in shaping PRODYNA's culture.

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience in software development and the technical management of project teams
• You have in-depth technological knowledge in the development of enterprise and business applications (also in the cloud environment)
