Lonza in Stein, Switzerland is seeking a Senior Process Expert specialized in Visual Inspection (80–100%). You will lead the development, qualification, validation, and implementation of automated and semi-automated visual inspection and CCIT processes, ensuring robust defect detection and product quality.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical visual inspection for drug products in vials or syringes using manual, semi-automated and/or fully automated AVI systems.
• Knowledge of qualification of visual inspection machines, product validation, and CCIT is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, building processes and solutions with minimal guidance.

• Support production staff on the shop floor with scientific expertise.
• Assist GMP-qualified qualification and validation activities from an operations perspective.
• Prepare readiness for operative takeover of inspection and CCIT processes.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory aspects; perform risk analyses and related procedures.
• Drive technical improvements and troubleshoot processes.
• Lead or participate in change controls and deviations using data-driven analysis.
• Represent visual inspection functions during regulatory inspections and audits.
