You will focus on search relevance, design algorithms, and collaborate with engineers worldwide, writing idiomatic Java and contributing to the core platform with pride.

Qualifikationen

• Implemented techniques in vector similarity for large-scale search.
• Experience with search or vector databases and relevant algorithms like HNSW/IVF.
• Strong Java skills and knowledge of data structures and concurrency.
• Able to drive projects from design to delivery autonomously.
• Experience collaborating asynchronously and across distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Elasti​csearch/SOLR and modern data stores.
• Proven track record of using AI to accelerate development and debug complex systems.
