LOOP is a digital‑first lead agency delivering elegant, scalable digital interfaces across web and mobile. As a Senior UI Designer, you will own the visual design process, translate complex requirements into polished experiences, and ensure brand excellence from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers in a fast‑growing, international team. The role offers a 100% hybrid work model and strong growth opportunities.

• Build and scale design systems: create, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides that ensure consistency and efficiency across products and platforms.
• Transform requirements into interfaces: translate business goals, product requirements, and strategic direction into visually compelling and effective digital experiences.
• Collaborate across disciplines: partner closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, strategists, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, high‑quality digital products.
• Present and advocate design decisions: communicate design rationale with confidence, facilitate stakeholder discussions, contribute to workshops and design reviews, and champion best practices across the organization.
• Drive quality through delivery: work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs, maintaining visual consistency, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout production.
• Leverage modern design tools: utilize industry‑leading design and prototyping tools while contributing to efficient workflows that support rapid iteration and continuous improvement. Explore and integrate AI‑powered tools and workflows to accelerate design exploration.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full‑time, based in Austria) is EUR 45,000.
