Anton Paar, based in Graz, Austria, seeks an experienced IT Specialist to own the operation and continuous improvement of VMware, storage, and backup infrastructure. You will manage lifecycle of physical servers and drive project migrations, upgrades, and automation within a high-availability environment.

The role requires 5+ years in datacenter operations, strong VMware/vSphere skills (VCF a plus), experience with storage/backup, and Linux administration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience operating complex datacenter and server infrastructures.
• Strong VMware/vSphere expertise; VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) familiarity is highly desirable.
• Experience with enterprise storage and backup solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Linux administration and physical server platforms.
• Excellent understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and backup/restore concepts.
